Hi, my fiance and I recently moved into a home that has been vacant for about one year. The home has a brand new air conditioning and heating system but as of lately the air conditioning unit is only blowing out hot or room temperature air. i would like to know if you guys can come out and take a look at it and give me an estimated quote.

The ac unit was blowing out cold air yesterday but at some point last night I noticed it was getting hotter in the house I went outside and the unit was running but sounded a little funny I felt it and it was hot and the fan on top of the unit was not turning so I turned it off at the breaker box what does the proble sound like and cost.

I had 2.5 tons already installed upstairs a few years ago, but never had the downstairs done (about 3 tons). I need that done, plus my upstairs needs servicing (it does not go on). I would like to have the upstairs serviced before the weekend and I am ready for the downstairs to be installed right now.

My unit motor is stuck. plus its rusted and about as old a my house and my home was built in 81. So I believe I need a completly new unit

Central air unit isn't working properly. The blower will not turn on in either Auto mode or On mode. It works fine when setting is for HEAT. However, when set to COOL, the unit will turn on and create cold air but the blower will not turn on so the air is not circulated.

I am looking to get a complete cleaning, inside unit, coils, drip pan drainage, drain pipe cleaning, outside unit, fan oiled, outside coils cleaned and straightened, freon check. In other words a completed overhaul of my AC.
